Zbog ograđenog većeg dijela uličnog prostora za potrebe gradilišta, nije dostupno cisternama gradske Čistoće, te je preostali dio pločnika ispred zgrada potpuno onečišćen, pun urina i bljuvotina, te raznog sitnog otpada. Potrebno je redovito čistiti ulicu ( to je treća po redu ulica u neposrednoj blizini Trga bana Jelačića, strogi centar grada ), pomesti i oprati pločnik. Ulica je potpuno zapuštena.
